Glazing and storefront
Aluminum storefront, entrances and interior glazing, built on site. Often the lower material cost route to a glass wall.
Door hardware
Pulls, hinges, locksets, closers and access control prep for glass, wood and hollow metal doors.
Demountable walls
Factory built partitions in glass, solid and whiteboard finishes. Reconfigure or relocate them when the floor plan changes.
Modular casework
Cabinets, storage walls and work surfaces made off site and delivered finished, so less millwork happens on site.
Modular rooms
Phone booths, focus rooms and meeting rooms that assemble inside an existing space without framing or drywall.

President
Garrett has nearly 20 years in construction and business, more than half of it in executive leadership. He sets FreeArch's direction and oversees how the company grows and operates, and is also part of the leadership team at D-10 Contracting.

Do you work through the contractor or directly with the owner?
Both. We bid to general contractors and work directly with building owners and managers.
What if demountable walls are over our budget?
Site built glass walls and storefront give you a similar look at a lower material cost. We can price both options side by side.
Can you take on part of the scope?
Yes. Bring us one service or all six and we will quote what you need.
Are demountable walls treated differently for tax?
Demountable walls are often classed as furniture and equipment, which can mean a 7 year depreciation schedule instead of 39 years for building improvements. Check with your tax advisor for your project.
